Description

Implement requirement MARTe-EX-D-1.1.6 based on the original MARTe implementation

Note: One of the most common CPU architectures and is crucial that MARTe is capable of seemingly running in this type of OS.

Note: As part of this activity produce a wiki page with a tutorial on how to install and configure the Windows development environment.

Note: The framework shall be compiled with Visual Studio 2013 cl compiler.
