Description

Implement requirement MARTe-EX-D-1.1.10 based on the original MARTe implementation

Note: It is expected and desired that MARTe is ported to very embedded environments. In order to promote and facilitate this, it is desired that the operating system dependent code is encapsulated in well defined files.

Note: Possibly move to coding standard.
