Description

Implement requirement MARTe-EX-D-1.1.9 based on the original MARTe implementation

Note: It is expected and desired that MARTe is ported to very embedded environments. Even if given instantiations/personalities of the framework (e.g. Linux) might use stdlib, this shall be encapsulated in the operating system dependent code.

Note: Possibly move to coding standard.
