Sprint review¶

The team believes the following actions would improve the workflow quality:

• Define a template for the commit message (#170);
• Clarify and document the git workflow (#171);
• Simplify the agile board to have only column for the [Impl][Rev]. When the implementation is finished the user removes himself from the user-story and another user can do the revision (#172).
• Make sure that the user-stories have a simpler and shorter titles;
• Avoid creating more than one user-story for the same .cpp/.h files;
• Create tracker for bugs (#173);
• Improve coding standard to define and capture unit testing rules (#174).
